Return Policy for Original Artwork
I am committed to providing you with unique, high-quality original art. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and I take great care in representing it accurately and shipping it safely. Please read the return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns and Refunds
Return window: Returns for original artwork are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Intent to return must be received in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Condition: Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Commissioned, personalized and custom artwork.
Artwork damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper care .
Return Process
Contact me at allison@creativealleystudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. Include your reason for return.
I will provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original materials. I strongly recommend insuring the return shipment.
Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged:
Notify me within 48 hours of delivery
Send photos of the damaged artwork and packaging to allison@creativealleystudio.com.
I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund or credit.
Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
